1. Technology provider only
Broker White Label Solutions, operated by Broker White Label Solution, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, is a technology provider. We develop, license and support software and technology solutions — such as trading-platform white labels, CRM and back-office systems, liquidity-connectivity software, risk tools, plugins, mobile apps and integrations — for financial institutions, brokers and businesses.
2. No regulated financial services
We do not provide brokerage, dealing, market-making, investment, portfolio-management, financial, exchange, payment, e-money, money-transmission, custody, asset-management or financial, investment, legal or tax advisory services. We are not a party to any trade or transaction between our clients and their customers.
3. No client funds
We do not accept, receive, hold, manage, transfer or control client funds, customer funds or client assets of any kind. All deposits, withdrawals, payments and client-money arrangements are the sole responsibility of our clients and their regulated payment and banking partners.
4. Client responsibility
Our clients are solely and exclusively responsible for their own businesses and all financial and regulatory matters, including licences and approvals, compliance with all applicable laws (including AML/KYC, sanctions, client-money, marketing, consumer-protection, data-protection and tax rules), the handling of customer funds, relationships with banks, payment and liquidity providers, pricing, execution and risk decisions, and all services and disclosures they provide to their customers. Configuration of our technology according to a client's instructions does not mean we have reviewed or approved the client's business model or its legality. Each client is solely responsible for all legal and regulatory requirements of its own country and of every country where it operates or has customers.
5. Local laws are the client's responsibility
All legal, licensing, regulatory, tax and compliance matters are the responsibility of the client, according to the laws of the client's own country and of each country where the client operates, markets its services or has customers. We do not provide legal advice and do not determine whether a client's activities are permitted in any jurisdiction. Any country information on this website is a general overview only, and clients must obtain their own independent legal advice in each relevant country.
6. Lawful use and restricted jurisdictions
Our technology may be used only where such use is lawful. Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to any person to buy or sell any financial product, and we do not offer or market financial services to the public in any jurisdiction, including mainland China, India, Türkiye or any other country where such services are restricted. We may refuse, suspend or terminate services where we believe our technology is or may be used unlawfully.
7. Risk warning
Trading leveraged products such as forex, CFDs and crypto-assets carries a high level of risk, and losses can exceed deposits where negative-balance protection does not apply. These risks are borne by our clients and their customers.
